MCA programme is designed to help students to meet the increasing demand of qualified professionals in the field of Computer Science. It emphasizes on the application of software’s to solve scientific as well as commercial problems. The department strives hard to impart quality education and enlighten the students on the edge of the current technologies. The department is equipped with state of art laboratories, class rooms and infrastructure. Each class room is a model class room which facilitates easy and application oriented learning. The department conducts various training programmers, workshops, seminars, co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance technical competency of the students. The department organizes the campus recruitment and training programmers to make students industry ready. Most of our students are placed in various MNCs and some have joined as research scholars in reputed institutions. The course is offered with an aim to attain the following Objectives:

The Department of Master of Computer Applications is endowed with state-of-the-art laboratories, seminar halls and classrooms towards fulfilling these objectives.
In finish of Masters in Computer application, Student can have wide range of job opportunities to pickup for industry. Software MNCs are the prime recruiters, where web development , data analytics are few areas in high demand for MCA folks. One may also become self employed, by becoming freelance or independent software developer, software security expert, consultant etc. or Student can take equal part of his/her interest to engage with advanced course such as PhD and eventually take up a job in Research and Development sector associated with this field.
